I'm pretty sure this is it:
https://github.com/sunenielsen/tribaltrouble/blob/master/binaries/TribalTrouble.dmg

After downloading that, you need to go to /Library/Application\ Support/TribalTrouble/ and place this file in there:

Got the download - having trouble finding the place where I need to put the folder? There is no "TribalTrouble" inside the Application Support folder.

Are you on a mac or windows?
I'm not sure how to help on windows.

If it's mac, this is likely because the library folder is hidden by default so people don't accidentally delete important application files.

After unhiding the folder, go into library, and from there to application support, and from there to Tribal Trouble, and place the file in there.

Singleplayer only, sadly. Some people were working on some sort of LAN server, although I don't know how well that worked.
