ill probs b fine. i just have to fix my basement cuz if my power goes off the sumpumb will turn off and my basement will flood and we r getting a whole shit load of rain

if ur by the shore then it makes sense esp the outer banks cuz theres a point where the distance between the bay and ocean is lik 20-30 feet wide so theres some major flooding
